Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalised items. Products without custom personalisation can be returned if you notify us within 14 days of delivery to cancel, then return the item within 14 days of notifying us for a refund or exchange, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Personalised & made-to-order items. Some of our products are personalised with your custom text or details and made specifically for you. Personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) for customers in the EU. Once your order is in production, it can't be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind, wrong size, or a personalisation error. Please check your details, size, and colour carefully before ordering.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Whatever you order — personalised or not — you're fully covered if something's wrong. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days at contact@nyxios.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it in full at no cost to you. Your statutory rights — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the relevant EU consumer protection law — are unaffected.
